This is a commission I completed for AmberLynnL, of their character Emilie West.

Emilie West was first and foremost described to me as a tragic character, having lost a bit of her sanity... and her appearance definitely shows it!  Everything from her wild, unkempt hair to her smeared makeup, down her her state of partial undress- all screams that something's not quite right with her  XD   ...but it's all put aside for a moment as she plays her violin.

A very painful event in her past has left her with depression and has also made her not care what others think. She tends to act out and not dress properly like the rest of the noble blooded ladies of Blackridge. Because of her acting out, she is seen as crazy by many people- when really she just has had enough of being judged and no longer cares. She now enjoys acting out to cause them to give her nasty looks and words.

Also she will take any chance given to make Edward suffer, even in small ways.

She has no proper female friends, but is somewhat friends with the youngest Prince of the Black region (Charlotte's brother Eric).

Other than Eric, she has befriended many dancers and actresses. Her best friend is her lady's maid.

She is most happy when on stage performing with friends; she has mastered the violin and the piano.

She is an outcast, but still shows up at balls and the many other events the other noble bloods attend. She often visits the Burlesque lounges/clubs in the Ruby city. (There are many)

She really is a crazy chick,  a woman after my own heart!  XD
