First finished artwork of 2012! Also, the first piece done with my brand new Wacom Intuos 4 Tablet!! (Merry Christmas to me! I got a new tablet! ) It's Sailor Cosmos again! XD

I've been working on and off on this for the past month- I really like drawing Sailor Cosmos, so I ended up with this! Sailor Cosmos really has somewhat of a darker story to her, and I drew this image of her intending for it to be sort of solemn... almost like her final goodbye. Whether she's leaving to protect the world and fight in the abyss, leaving her future of destruction for the hopeful past, or returning to a new future after she helped alter the past... it's her final goodbye! I'll leave it to the imaginations of everyone to decide where she's going.


Drawn with pencil/paper, lineart redone and colored in Painttool SAI, finishing touches done in Photoshop CS2, all using Wacom Ituos 4 Tablet (Merry Christmas to me!!! lol)



*edit* Oct 14th, 2014- finally got around to adding in the stripes on her collar, which I forgot!  XD
